Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! Our e-gift cards make the perfect gift for any occasion and are redeemable exclusively at mvpedit.com, so your friends and family can pick out exactly what they want. Please note: E-gift cards can’t be purchased or used internationally at this time. For any questions, feel free to reach out at orders@mvpedit.com—we’re happy to assist!

can i change/cancel my order?

Reach out to orders@mvpedit.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. Once it’s processed by our warehouse, unfortunately, changes or cancellations won’t be possible.

where is my order confirmation?

A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout. Haven’t seen it? Check your spam folder first. If it’s still missing, your order may not have been processed, or the email address might have been entered incorrectly. Contact us at orders@mvpedit.com for help.

what if i received an incorrect/damaged item?

If there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us at orders@mvpedit.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the incorrect or damaged item along with your order slip. If we don’t hear from you within this timeframe, we won’t be able to issue replacements or refunds.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer. For more information, read our full Shipping & Return Policy.

are you filling out your address correctly?

To ensure smooth delivery, double-check that your shipping address is filled out thoroughly and correctly. Don’t forget to include any unit or apartment numbers and split the information properly between “Address Line 1” and “Address Line 2”.

Here's an example layout:

  • First Name | Last Name
  • Company (optional)
  • Street Address
  • Apartment/Suite (optional)
  • City

Incomplete or improperly formatted addresses may cause delays or issues verifying your order, so double-check everything to avoid hold-ups.

Shipping

Where is my order?

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your items are shipped. During busy periods like sales and restocks, shipping may take a bit longer—but trust us, it’s worth the wait! Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

How long does shipping take?

We offer three shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Ground Shipping: Arrives within 5-8 business days after shipping.
  • Express Shipping: Arrives within 2 business days after shipping.

What are the shipping costs?

Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $100 via USPS Ground. Standard Ground Shipping starts at $10, while Express Shipping is available from $25.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. We deliver to all U.S. states but currently exclude U.S. territories, Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), Armed Forces Pacific (AP), and APO/FPO addresses.

WAS I CHARGED MORE THAN ONCE?

What may appear as multiple charges on your bank account is typically an authorization—a standard banking practice to verify available funds and validate your account. Depending on your bank, these pending authorizations usually clear within 3-7 business days. If you need assistance expediting this process, please reach out to your credit card’s issuing bank.s, please reach out to your credit card’s issuing bank.

WHY WON’T MY DISCOUNT/CREDIT CODE OR COUPON WORK?

Double-check that your code is correctly entered and applied before finalizing your order. Remember, promotional codes can expire, so verify the terms and conditions to ensure your offer is still valid. If you’ve received a unique code from us, note that it’s for single use only, cannot be combined with other promotions, and does not apply to shipping costs. Unique credit codes do not expire, but no promotions or codes can be applied retroactively after a transaction is completed.

Note: Discount codes do not apply to items that are already on sale.

SITUATIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

The MVP Edit cannot be held responsible for service disruptions resulting from factors outside our control. This includes, but is not limited to: inaccurate shipping details, failure to obtain the recipient’s signature, shipment refusal, labor strikes, civil unrest, natural disasters, or other acts of God.
